Padriag Murphy
Formerly of the popular RTE programme the Health Squad, Padraig is one of the leading figures in the Health and Fitness Industry. He has spent 18 years at the cutting edge of the Industry in consultancy, management, personal training, lecturing and rehabilitation.
Padraig’s portfolio includes personal training such stars as Samantha Mumba, Westlife and CNN’s Connie Chung, he has also held National Titles and represented Ireland internationally at World Championship level in full contact kickboxing. Padraig also provided strength and conditioning programmes and physical therapy to national and international boxers, rubgy players and yaughtsmen.
Padraig has developed and presents a module in Trinity College Dublin on their Masters Degree in Sports Medicine and has been a regular guest speaker at conferences to Pharmaceutical and Health companies.
Stephen Foy
Stephens interest in health and fitness began at a young age through his keen enthusiasm in soccer and gae-lic. This interest inspired him to pursue a BA Leisure Management in Dublin Institute of Technology while working as a trainer in the Arena Health and Fitness Club in Malahide. After two years in the Arena he moved on to continue his career in Trinity College Sports centre. Being passionate about health and committed to results, in the years Stephen worked in Trinity he kept up his studies on a part-time basis and graduated from the Irish Health Culture Association with a nutrition diploma. However he did not stop here! Stephen then went on to complete Level 1 and 2 strength and conditioning qualifications with the Poliquin International Performance Centre.
Stephen’s job satisfaction comes from helping clients take their first steps towards a healthier lifestyle, he has recently completed a weight loss coaching course and has more nutrition seminars to attend to ensure that these first steps become long-term changes.
Brendan Swan
Brendan has been involved in sport all his life from Junior Athletics, Martial Arts to Bodybuilding. This is where his interest in fitness, health and nutrition began.
This interest is now his passion.
Brendan has a black belt in Taekwondo where he won previous titles from International, and all Ireland champion, he also taught martial arts to children in Scoil an Tseachtar Laoch in Ballymun, and gym members in Westwood Gym, Clontarf.
He is always striving to learn more in nutrition from coaches all over the world and believes in helping his clients to achieve their goals in the healthiest way, long term, rather than quick fix solutions that don't work.
Brendan has taken numerous training courses & qualifications which include:
- National Training Centre: Fitness Instructor & Personal Trainer
- PICP Poliquin: Level 1 & 2
- Upper & Lower body structural balancing.
