About Evolv Fitness - Padraig Murphy
Formerly of the popular RTE programme the Health Squad, Padraig is one of the leading figures in the Health and Fitness Industry. He has spent 18 years at the cutting edge of the Industry in consultancy, management, personal training, lecturing and rehabilitation.
Padraig’s portfolio includes personal training such stars as Samantha Mumba, Westlife and CNN’s Connie Chung, he has also held National Titles and represented Ireland internationally at World Championship level in full contact kickboxing. Padraig also provided strength and conditioning programmes and physical therapy to national and international boxers, rubgy players and yaughtsmen.
Padraig has developed and presents a module in Trinity College Dublin on their Masters Degree in Sports Medicine and has been a regular guest speaker at conferences to Pharmaceutical and Health companies.
He constantly updates his studies and became the first European to qualify as a Medical Exercise Specialist with the American Academy of Fitness Professionals and recently completed studies with the Poliquin Performance Centre, a centre that is responsible for 100s of medals, wins and personal bests for many of the world’s elite athletes.
